Contacts Versus Connections

I am going to keep this short and to the point:

So many agents are jumping on the bandwagon and sending out eblast at record numbers. Think about, how many emails you are getting everyday from real estate agents across the country.

Do you read all of them?

Do you read some of them?

What is the difference between the ones you read and the ones you trash?

My hunch is that we all trash the ones where the sender is all about themselves. They want us to do something that will help them with their goals.

The ones we open are the ones that offer solutions to our challenges with no conditions attached.

When sending your next eblast to your database, ask yourself this question:

What problem is the email going to solve for the reader?

If you are not offering solutions then you have no offer. Stop sending emails trying to get your database to hire you. Do something for them and let the law of reciprocity take over.

This is a simple suggestion that will change your results.

For additional information on how top agents are using Infusionsoft for real estate marketing then go to www.realestatesalessolutions.com.

Remember:

If you are not offering solutions then you have nothing to offer!

Great point - many agents consider a huge database to be the answer but if you don't have a real connection with the recipient, it's not effective.

Isn't that the truth.

A small database with a strong connection will always outperform the opposite.

Have a great day...

This is really good advice and makes me think seriously about what kind of content will be valuable and worth reading.
