Have you ever been lost and refused to ask for directions? I know that I have. This is how buyers feel when they are looking to purchase a home. They don't know where to start and rather than have to feel stupid because they went to a Realtor first they think that they can do it themselves. 
My advise to buyers is to stop and ask for directions and find a Realtor that knows the local market and can guide you through a transaction and get you to your destination, home.
As the market gets more competitive people will start to understand why picking the right agent really matters.
Yeah education is the key and that is what is great about blogging.
