Hi Jon,  curious where we are at with the people requesting refunds.  Is there a better email to send our request to?  It's been a year.  I would like my money back so I can use it to help grow my business.   Every penny counts and it's been a year.  Please communicate to those of us who are waiting to hear from you.  I have not received a reply to any of my emails which really makes me nervous.  I just checked the website and it says the website has expired.....

Please respond to the refund request.  If anyone has an update on this business please out of professional respect for everyone in the Active Rain Community who signed up over a year ago, respond.

As noted above (on June 18th 2015 Secondly, I completely understand if anyone has a wish to refund their purchase, and I will reverse their charge without delay. Please send me an email at jon@houseline.com)   we were told if we wanted to get out money back to email Jon.  I have sent at least 3 emails since June with no response.  I have also requested the refund here a couple times.  Others have also requested a refund with no response.

I'm disappointed and annoyed at the lack of professionalism.  I definitely feel like I have been ripped off.  No response, No product and the website is no longer active.  I should have known better.  It was too good to be true.  I was a fool to have a false trust because you were previously from active rain.

I reached out on twitter hoping that would bring a response and bring your attention to this blog and peoples request.  Still nothing.  My thought was maybe you are busy and haven't seen all the personal emails and request on the post.

Very frustrated, very disappointed and angry at this point.  I can't imagine I'm the only one that is wondering what the hell is going on, especially now that the site is done and no one can update us.

Curious if anyone has received an update from Jon, their money back or the App to use? I'm guessing no on the app since the website is down?

Jon Washburn I paid you in good faith and on your reputation for this app a year ago and, at this point, with no app, no nothing,  I, too, would like to request a refund of my money.  Like the others, I am disappointed that you took my money and did not produce what you promised.  Please refund my money.  I am sending an email to you directly.  Thank you.

No I have not received a refund and have sent numerous requests. He responded that he would send it right away and never followed through....

I've been contacted and told my check is on its way, but the person who was sending it forgot or misplaced my address (that was over a week to two weeks ago).  On Saturday I was told that they would put it in the mail on Monday. I have just emailed them back asking if they did mail it this time, waiting for a response.

A week ago i received my check.

I sent you an email to let you know but i did not hear back from you. When i contacted him for my money he said that he will pay me and that hi was going to pay to anybody that wanted their money back. I received the check and chash it immediately. When you have time you can call me 818 926 5425

Oh good Esperanza I'm glad you received your money.  He called me and I gave him your information and Syndneys letting him know that you were also requesting your money back.  I wasn't sure when he said he would mail it to me but did not.  I'm hoping he does this time.  Sorry I didn't get your email.  I'll have to check my junk mail to see if it went there.  Sorry about that.  I can't wait to get my money and be done with this. A lot of time spent trying to get my money back. 

Still no reply and no refund, extremely disappointed 

At my age I do not get duped easily, but putting faith into Activerain and Jon Washburn seemed like a solid idea.

Jon - I have had no response to my emails (4 now) and the amount of my time it's taking to get it back keeps increasing. It's so disappointing that the product still has never been delivered and very frustrating that you've had my and many others money for over a year now. I am again requesting a refund. Thanks.
