The Cape Coral City Council Approved Moving Forward With The City Utility Expansion Design Work For North 2.  The project will begin the extension of utilities into the north part of Cape Coral.

North 2 is the largest area geographically to date at 4.27 square miles and the project is estimated to cost approximately 137 million dollars.  The project will extend city water, sewer and irrigation services to the area and will also include new roads, swales and storm water improvements per the approved plan.

Southwest 6 & 7 is currently underway and completion is anticipated to be in 2015.  When Southwest 6 & 7 is complete the city anticipates starting North 2 sometime towards the end of 2015.

The Cape Coral City Utility Expansion Project is something very important for those relocating to the area to know about and understand prior to purchasing a home.  If you are looking to relocate to our little piece of paradise and would like more information on The Cape Coral Utility Expansion Project, please feel free to contact me.  I will be more than happy to discuss the project with you and answer any other questions you might have regarding the area.
