Yesterday we received a call from an out of area owner asking us about listing their  luxury waterfront condominium here on Tierra Verde. The client found me on ActiveRain and commented that she didn't know what points were, but that I had thousands more than anyone else (obviously, for this area).

Did points earn the listing? No, of course not. But they did provide the initial contact point, and open the door for us to discuss our qualifications and the positioning and marketing of her property.

The more places people see you, the more places they're able to learn about you, the more opportunities there are for connection.
