Home owners should be delighted with the increase in home values but they will surely complain about higher real estate taxes.

Dan

That's a sizable increase in tax valuations for the Downtown Bellevue and Beaux Arts area of Kings County.

Good luck and success.

Hi Dan, I'm sure property owners in the Downtown Bellevue and Beaux Arts area of Bellevue will be happy about the increase in values but the higher taxes, not so much.

Well everything has its ups and downs I guess property taxes going up are the penalty for getting out of the recession. Though 22.6 sounds kinda high!

This is both good and bad news for homeowners, but hopefully they will not automatically be assesse higher taxes.
