From the desk of Chris Grumley, (in his new office at home finally!)
Can you tell I'm a bit excited?
In Sept/Oct of 2007 we tested a campaign, written by Cheryl Waller and available to R.T.V Full Service Dealers, to 220 Realtors in our local area. It peaked interest in a few offices around town and secured one new client. The campaign was not hard to get out, all we had to do was add our company info to the template. We didn't change anything at all and we followed the instructions to the letter. The most time was spent stuffing envelopes and all we did throughout that laborious task was talk strategies, complain and moan about envelope glue whilst eating pot stickers to take away the taste! The one new client we got from the campaign called us on the strength of the contents of the envelope. Cheryl had suggested we 'include' something to garner interest, and it worked on this occasion. This client is local, calls every time he needs a tour on a new listing and is pretty much calling every week. To date this client has brought in over $1800 since last October.
Having an instruction manual available that includes everything we need to become successful Full Service Dealers is something that I never expected, was a welcome addition and is a no brainer if you are serious about your virtual tour business. There is no way I would be able to produce all the systems, newsletters, presentations, materials and resources that are available to us and are being constantly updated. If you are new to the world of virtual tours and are a Real Tour Vision F.S.D check out the Inner Circle available to you, and if you are reading this then you have already met our marketing expert Cheryl Waller. When you consider what it costs to have access to all that and more, versus what the one client we secured during our first campaign brings in, can you afford not to be an insider?
