Here is a YouTube video that graphically illistrates what the housing market has done in the last 100+ years using a roller coaster. Someone posted it a few months ago, but I just discovered it. Thought you would like to see it again. And, some of you may be like me, and you are just seeing it for the first time.

Nice post but the graph with the roller coaster got boring after about 30 sec

Hi Cathy, That was interesting--I was thinking that they should also be showing many more houses and condos on the side of the tracks to reflect the building. And we are left hanging wondering... Thanks for sharing.
