The golden rule and Zillow. He who has THE gold rules all. That's what the government is trying to decide now. Will the coming together of ZILLOW & TRULIA cause a monopoly? Will Zillow have the gold and rule? I wonder what the criteria is when determining that. I already hear quite a bit from people who have done business with both entities and both the positive and the negative has been brought up. Does the government consider that feedback & input?
ASSEMBLING THE MASSES
The name of the game is staying power or capture. When they host the annual Oscars show, over one billion people are watching. That number translates into $$$ for the sponsors of the show. Same with Sports play-offs, Olympic games as well as allowing enormous advertising fees to paid to access the masses
MY WAY...NO HIGHWAY
Whatever or Whoever commands millions of peoples interest or focus has power to make lots of money, influence and plant their agenda into their captive audiences. Weekly churches do this every week. Your employer does it too. Having access to the multitudes seems to be what everyone wants to have their way carried out. The question is: What is their way and is it fair and will it harm anyone?
EVERYONE WANTS TO RULE THE WORLD
Randolph Hearst had monopoly for decades using his media empire consisting of newspapers and radio. AT & T held the phone concessions captive for many decades until it was broken. Tobacco companies, standard oil via Rockefeller and U.S. Steel all tried to monopolize and failed.
WHAT WE SAY...GOES?
What makes one wonder is that if a bunch of mega-wealthy people who control or have access to the billions of people on this planet all got together and started dictating their views, directions and heavily influence or peddle their agendas, how could you stop them?
UNCLE SAM AND COUSIN ZILLOW
So Uncle Sam is trying to find out that if Zillow has the final say in the Real Estate business of moving trillions of dollars just how that would impact the business itself, I would say that is a very good question to ask and have answered. Cousin Zillow wants to become Uncle Zillow
Will this help or hinder over 70 million people and with a potential to up that 5-10 times? That's a good question too. This.... has to be answered before the fact.
