I'm Having The Same Wood Rot Problem With My Home.
We often find ourselves working on tract homes in neighborhoods throughout the Sacramento Region. While doing dry rot repairs on one home, neighbors see what we are doing and know that they have similar problems on their own home.
We are more then happy to take a look at their homes while we are there, it beats driving back out on another day.
