I like the video except the angle shots.  The angle shots remind me of my Navy days on a Aircraft Carrier. :) :) :)

Video is becoming more and more important all the time, and so many people are accessing it in various mobile ways.

Not sure about those angle shots, though, but otherwise well done. The problem with starting off that way, for me, is it suggests the rest may be problematic and someone could just click away. Just MHO

Video show and tell, it is what the buyers deserve, the sellers expect, the property lisings want for round the clock on demand open houses. Video rocks.
