We seem to have non-stop sun lately and are sorely lacking the rain the upper NorthEast states are receiving...hurricanes at bay...for now but the weather is absolutely great! The waters are a bit chilly and I have stopped my daily swim but perhaps one last dunk is in store for me today. You can not beat the weather in southern RI right now. Looking to capture every moment until the colder winds come in.
This is a great time to look at RI coastal real estate which is very limited as buyers have been fast on the home buying spree, prices are up 7% in North Kingstown over last year same time, and out of state buyers are realizing the convenience of being 10 minutes from Route 95 to get back home to MA or CT!
