Home Staging Can Increase Foot Traffic

You never get a second chance to make a first impression. This is a statement that every Montgomery County PA home seller should live by. That first impression happens over the internet. Buyers start the search for their new home on Trulia, Zillow and Realtor.com. Those pictures of your home are going to be a big deciding factor in whether to actually see your home in person or move on to the next listing.

Think about it...If you see a beautiful place on TV, the first thing you'd want to do is see it for yourself in
person. The same rule applies when selling your home. Home staging can increase foot traffic which increases your odds of an offer.

Home Staging Can Increase Foot TrafficWhen you have a home stager like Six Twenty Designs come in, we'll be able to tell you the positives and the negatives of your home. We're seeing it for the first time, just like your potential buyers.

A home stager will fix those negatives and make your home look open and inviting. It'll have just the right amount and just the right size furniture. It will be tastefully decorated and not covered in personal memorabilia. A home stager knows how to make your home appealing to a broad range of buyers .

Potential buyers will find your home online by searching certain criteria. But the pictures themselves will entice them to see it in person.

Home staging can increase foot traffic to your home by making it appealing to a lot of potential buyers. The more potential buyers you have, the higher your odds are of getting an offer.

Suzanne- with the majority of buyers beginning their search online it makes sense that having your home show in it's best light will drive buyers to your home! Well said.

So true Suzanne. I have seen homes that did not sell and when staged went right away. It is worth the time and money involved.

Photos are one slice, static moment in time from only one of many angles. You only have so many image sockets to fill with the wow, the high wide and handsome. To convey why this property is not your garden variety, like all the rest. Video with 30 to 50 "images" per second and the 40% of the experience sound added in for more information in the transfer. Stage and make sure video is in the marketing mix. Not just one at a time images. Not enough today.

I agree Suzanne and after that good photography has to happen. Then the people will come and after that the offer.
