I am going to take some classic well known songs and apply a different meaning to them as it relates to Real Estate. There is no end to this so here are just a few get your chuckles going or perhaps create some of your own. We all know the reoccurring nonsense that shows up in this business. I just put song to it
SONGS OF REAL ESTATE?
1. Rolling Stones: I can't get no Satisfaction....an overpriced seller belting this out after 30 days of no sale
2. Frank Sinatra: Fly me to the moon...a buyer that doesn't like anything shown to them. Where Else to go?
3. The Paris Sisters: I Love how you love me....an agent singing at COE on their way to pick up checks
4. Billy Joel: It's still rock & Roll to me....Trying to sell the same fixer upper to anyone for a fair price?
5. The Four Tops: Baby, I need your lovin....Listing agent that needs listing signature commitment
6. The Platters: Only you....when just one offer out of the many submitted has been accepted
7. The Platters: My Prayer....hoping for loan approval or the appraisal to come in
8. The Temptations: Get ready (cause here I come)...when an agent has an accepted offer and he is off to open escrow
9. Little Peggy March: I will follow him (wherever he may go)....when an offer has been presented and accepted with no counter
10. Four Seasons: Let's hang On...offers and counter offers again and again until all accept the terms
