So good to hear from you, I miss you! Hope everything is going well for you and your husband is doing well.
As for the calendar, I remember my Mom always clipped it out of the newspaper and taped it to the pantry door. We then wrote activities and appointments on it all year. I hope this one will be as well used.

Great Idea for a posting for your local community and people relocating there. I did my Advance Training at Camp in Lejeune and learned more from your post than I did in the 3 months I was stationed there as a Marine.

Why the disclaimer? This is the first time I've seen such on Activerain by a member. Have you experience an issue to cause such language?

Hi Cynthia - I miss everyone, too. My hubby is doing better. I think we have things figured out for a while. (I hope!) My days are just a blur, but I do love coming here and visiting with my friends!

I was stationed in Lejeune in 1971 for about 3 months.

I can always find interesting uses of info on Activerain.
