People in my small town have been solicited by companies offering to save them foreclosure.  Please just walk away from these solicitations!

I know its hard for homeowners to look for help with financial matters this serious, but there is assistance out there.  You are not alone, and there is no judgement.  Just look for someone you trust to help you--and its not those people who offer to buy your homes and take your debt!
