Strangest Phone Calls in Real Estate
We always are concerned about physical safety in real estate 
and taking precautions that are wise. But what about phone calls...we get all kinds and most we smile about when they ask for how much is the the pink chair in the window of a certain store, how to get a vanity license plate, etc. all from the blogs we do about our communities and local businesses.
The ones that come from the 'off the rocker' callers are the ones that I just shake my head. So yesterday I had a woman calling me about a RI waterfront real estate home that has been under contract for awhile. She kept insisting that homes.com said it was new to the market even though I told her it was under contract. No matter she said how about another like it....alright I have another waterfront home not too far from it at $889,000. Oh, that will work she said...see my significant other and I will buy it together. Really?! How do you plan to buy this home, I asked. Oh, you know he is higher in the government than the President and is the head of the CIA and the FBI! I hit the end button on my phone. Rude, no...she kep calling leaving messages and finally had to block the call number.
It must be a big full moon is all I can say!
