I think the garage/shed next door is worth more than the house itself. I'm not sure I would feel safe walking inside.

That is a fixer upper indeed, but I see the potential...assuming this isn't a tear down. This house could be beautiful again. 

That sign is very appropriate for this home, Teral.  I can't see if they have a price on the sign.  I wonder how much the asking price is?

I have a several clients this type of property appeals to and they love the rehab work.  I can see the potential to restore this large home to it's former beautiful state.  I personally would love the project, if the price it right.

Oh!  And, they want to be a For Sale By Owner too.  I'd love to see the disclosure sheet on that one!

Hi Teral, This house doesn't seem to be leaning ( much) and while it looks to me a serious makeover is called for ( and partial re-build), the community and neighborhood would be better if she gets what she needs. If it proves to be that the foundation is beyond recovery, making this a vacant lot could still be reclaimed and a nice home to be it's future.
