Locations For Express Car Washes
Attention any/all Commercial RE Experts in the Orange County, Riverside, especially Palm Desert/Palm Springs, and San Diego Areas. We are aggressively looking for ideal locations for Express Car washes to purchase not lease.
The locations can be empty parcels or existing express car washes that are for sale. The locations must have good in and out access and have a traffic count of at least 30,000 vehicles per day. Will consider less depending on location.
The zoning must be compatible and/or Conditional use permits, entitlements and permitting easily attainable. Acceptable parcels/properties will be all cash transactions and swift escrows predicated on time it takes for CUP's, entitlements and permitting process.
