Local Market Report Blog for August 2014 in Eden Prairie from EdenPrairieExperts.com shows the following statistics for 2014 from 2013 (Data from MAAR):

New listings up .7% with inventory for sale up 14.8%

Closed Sales - SOLD properties are down 7.6%

The median sales price is down 3.3% while average sales price down 4.3%  and the average price per sq foot sold is up slightly by 3.6% to $135/sq ft.

Eden Prairie has a 4.4 month supply of inventory - what does that mean? If no other properties were to come on the market for sale, it would take that long to sell the ones that currently are.
