I love to travel and have been fortunate to be able to see places around the world. Some of these places are popular destinations, many are not. To that end I am going to share some pictures I have taken in the places I have been to and see if anyone looking at them can recognize and identify them. This is my first in my new series, where am I. Good luck.
This one is easy, and I expect no mistakes here, even if you have never been. Stay tuned, they will get harder.
Hi Sheila, I love London, one of my favorite cities...we used a gazillion points to stay at the Marriott County Hall across from Big Ben for one night, wow what a gorgeous place. Thanks for sharing your photo's.

I LOVED visiting London, especially the museums. We rented a flat with our kids for 8 days when they were younger and we had a blast. The Tube was great fun - "mind the gap!"

Sheila, I couldn't have gotten it from the first photo, but the next pair made it pretty easy. I was lucky enough to have a one day bus tour when I was 18 and visiting Portsmouth as part of my midshipman training.

Sheila, I can say the best that I can do is feature you in Travelers in the Rain. Since I hardly EVER go anywhere, that's the premise for the group, so that I can tag along and live vicariously through travellers like YOU! (Lucky lady.). I had no friggin' idea where this was, so I will take my consolation prize and go home.
