And baby makes four - No Joke!

(My now 4 year old!)

It is with great joy that I announce for the fourth time in my life that we have a baby on the way! Evidentially God has bigger plans for my family than either my husband or I realized and is sending us another blessing.

We have finally told all of our family members and our three kids - everyone is very excited to have another member of the family. I thought I would share our happy news with all of my AR friends too!

The baby is due Oct. 29^th so it will be a lovely, long, hot summer.

My associates wonder how, oh how can I manage 3 kids, a baby and a business? I say bring it on!

Congratulations Cari --- I am glad it is not an April fools joke reveal... this is no joking matter! How wonderfuly special -- best wishes!

Congratulations Cari! I found out I was pregnant on April Fools day some 14 years ago...We had two older children 8 and 9 at the time and as with you...figured God thought we had a little more work to do. I was of course in shock, and to make matters worse...I couldn't share the news...WHO WOULD HAVE BELIEVED ME? So far so good...that special surprise is now 13 years old and is the apple of our eye's...all 4 of us as he was a " group effort ".

May you have a happy pregnancy filled with cooler then normal summer temperatures!

Congrats Cari! How old are your other children? Sometimes they help. I had four childredn, 2 girls and 2 boys. At one time I had each one of them in a different school. I know you can do it - you're very young. That's why you have children when you're young. I love babies.

Congratulations! One of my local staging buddies is expecting her 4th baby later this summer, so you are in good company of women who somehow make it work. How very exciting for you!

Thank you all for your good wishes! It's going to be great. I am young... 39 32 next week (wink) and at least I've done it before so I'm not nervous about having a newborn. My oldest is my daughter who just turned 9 and I have two boys 7 and 4. My youngest is cute - he doesn't understand why I "ate" the baby and put it in my stomach.

As far as the business goes, I already put my kids first and spend the time on my business when they are at school or asleep so I don't compromise my time with them. I am very fortunate to have family close by and fabulous neighbors who help when needed. I like when Tim Gunn (Project Runway) says "Make it Work" because that's what you have to do - make it work!

Congratulations Cari! Sounds look you are an excellent role model for any women wishing to have a large family and a successful career!

Cari, Congratulations! I was blessed with 4 children (grown now) so I can honestly say....You are sooo lucky. Enjoy

Best wishes, Cari for a healthy pregnancy! My oldest daughter was 10 when daughter #2 was born, and she loved helping me. Twenty-one years later, they are still the absolute best friends and supporters of each other.
