Charlotte Skyline Right on the heels of being ranked as the 16th largest city in the US, Charlotte, North Carolina has just been named by Money Magazine as the #1 Big City Bargain, based on housing and cost of living values!

Money Magazine says to make this list houses have to be priced right, have appreciation potential, and people should want to live there! Those of us who moved here in the past 15 or so years already knew this about Charlotte, but it's great to have this validated by Money Magazine.
