This morning several agents from my office toured the waterfront lot I listed in Meadowfield Bluffs.
My broker, Bobby Ferreira walked the lot and commented that the land is high and dry. It appears that a house can be built closer to the water than on some of the other lots in Meadowfield Bluffs.
