We hear it all the time, a home seller is frustrated because they have gotten a lot of activity and no offers are coming through.  We need to open offer possible reasons and help them understand the market and how it speaks to us.  This video offers a few important points to help our sellers position their home as the best value.

Usually if a home is not selling it is all about price. Think price reduction. Condition could be a consideration but still price is a cure all.

If it's getting showings but no offers it's probably priced a little to high. Great video.
