Story Telling, Actual Experiences Help The Real Estate Process.

Real Estate Agent with MOOERS REALTY ME Broker License 106759

Everyone likes a story to make the knowledge go down easier, a little more entertaining.

Recall, retention happens quickly. To want to come back for more. Because folks like the details delivered in story form. A little entertainment, a dash of humor or creative approach to the exchange to make it worth the while of very busy, always on the move real estate buyers, sellers.

The ability to write and connect, engage a real estate audience, any kind is important.

Do you see them out there one by one? Not talk over their head or address them all at a time? Don't have to be a master wordsmith. Just have to keep spinning the tales about your experiences. the local ones. Folks like to travel and know little about your area if anything at all.

So what happens, the people you meet, the recreation fun stuff in your area, the way things roll in your local surroundings for traditions.  What can you tell the folks out in the wild blue yonder? Grab the mic. Plob down in front of the keyboard or start the blinking red light of the video camera for the relay. Means lots of blogging, hunt and pecking too. Daily additions around the circuit. Not hit or miss or just once in awhile.

Stories, situations, characters. The big ben london england photoones that happen to cross your path everyday. Making it never a dull moment in the real estate listing and sale day.

How is your real estate story telling, not joke telling, but the way you describe using all the senses? Not just the eyeballs.

Do you ever practice weaving real estate tales with something familiar to the audience members?

They are waiting. But once you start, they want more.

With a twist on the old favorites? Ever do a little of that writing too? To shake it up but still make a point easily.

Like bedtime stories, or Saturday matinees with Disney characters, but say  Snow White, the seven little guys she adores, understands? Well seems she has become a designated real estate broker, the little dwarfs helping out too. Because marriages are off, the mines not doing so hot at the diamond caves. So going a little different prospecting. Around the local neighborhoods they farm, list, sell property in.

Read article on Snow White gets here real estate license, seven dwarfs follow suit with the listing, marketing, selling (repeat).

Are you marketing a castle or two? Being interesting while blogging is helpful for sure. Most people that write don't want to be classified as boring. Unfortunately some are anyway. I used to tell my kids when they were little, that the presentation of whatever  you are talking about matters. It IS all in the presentation!

Good morning Andy. Unfortunately, story telling in the real estate business is quickly becoming a lost art. You are so right about this thought process, nice job keeping this method alive.

ERET ....Communications, one word, many meanings. The public is diverse, so varied, fragmented and all need a little different attention. Treat them with what they want, gain the best connection for engagement.

JB ... We all have the blank white canvas but the colors we chose to described, showcase and represent what we see, what they want to know more about but staying right where they are... halfway around the globe. That is the new audience, not just local.

JP ... Have fun, be the story teller among other skills in the tool box you develop.

S and D ... Whatever works. Do that times ten.

CA ... Life is a stage, we are actors, story tellers. Real estate is often the center of the good, bad, the ugly. Serve all, love all.

Andy: I do story telling but with random topics. It just come up naturally. This makes my client more at ease and comfortable with me. Well, they do laugh too with my stupid comments.

Just be myself. That is just me.

Maria ... Genuine, real, available, friendly, helpful... we are in the service industry and ask how can I help, where does it hurt.

S times 2 ... Gulp. You said a lot. Pleasant, manners, tell me in the medication form of a story.... bitter sweet, good and bad news happens but how do we work around it. That is where we come in . Until happily ever after. The End. If you do a good job, you don't stop and more installments happen.
