Willbrooke subdivision in Duluth is an amenity rich community. The residents enjoy an active HOA that is professionally managed by Community Management Associates. The HOA management looks over the entire neighborhood making sure that lawns are cut, the sidewalk lined streets are edged, the shubbery is trimmed, etc. Willbrooke residents also enjoy a swimming pool, lighted tennis courts, a playground, and a basketball court.
Our office has listed three properties in Willbrooke this year. Two of them for sale and one for lease. And we the two highest sales in the Willbrooke niehgborhood. One of the things I noticed were the streets. They were simply dated and in need of being freshened up. The residents are eager to keep the values in the Willbrooke subdivision on a positive rise, and freshly paved streets definitely help to present a positive picture for each of the lovely homes in Willbrooke.
So a few weeks ago I was traveling through Willbrooke when I noticed all of the paving activity. Dump trucks, asphalt, orange cones. The project to pave the streets was in full swing. What a delight to see!
Now the project is all finished, and the results look great. And I think the pride level of the residents went up a notch or two as I see exterior projects happening at various homes throughout Willbrooke. Pressure washing, painting, new fencing, etc. just to name a few. It's like a big community face lift happening. Nothing says 'good neighbors' like seeing each owner taking pride in the appearance of his/her property.
