This home came to us like a dear friend on a dark and stormy night.   The call came and over the course of a minute or two the caller heard my gasp as the news of the demise of a friend and former co-worker whom I hadn't seen in a little over a year.  She made it clear her role was to interview several agents as the administrator of the estate and trust.

I stopped,  listened and presented options.  She took everything in and went on to interview other real estate agents.  Shortly thereafter we met again in person.  Together we came up with a plan and she signed up with us.  Our plan included making modest improvements targeted to deliver the best return  on investment.  After handing over the keys and keeping her apprised of everything, she was quite pleased.  We executed our magic as laid out in our marketing plan and the results spoke for themselves.  It was a matter of pride and respect of the memory of my friend.   Our golden rule is to treat all clients as we'd like to be treated.  The sale of this property just hit a little closer to home.
