Construction has Begun with New Carlsbad Homes at Robertson Ranch
Yes, construction has begun with major groundbreaking along El Camino Real in North Carlsbad just past College Boulevard at the new Toll Brothers property in Robertson Ranch.
The second half of Robertson Ranch (200+ acres), along El Camino Real and south of Tamarack, was purchased by Toll Brothers with plans for 672 homes (detached single family and condos) with some commercial space, plus parks, open space, hiking/biking trails, a pool and community center. Resident children will attend the Carlsbad Unified Schools.
Toll Brothers built Encinitas Ranch and also a portion of the Crosby in Rancho Santa Fe, as well as Arrowood Greens in Oceanside.
The rolling hills are abuzz with trucks and workers and the landscape is starting to look like a new home community. Plans are for homes to start selling in early 2015. They have a bit of work to do by then!
