Home staging in Phenix City, Alabama raises new home temp 20 degrees!

By
Home Stager with Wynning Interiors, LLC

Below are some photos of a new home that we staged for Richard Key Construction in Phenix City, Alabama.  This home makes a statement all by itself, but look at the difference a couple of paint colors and a simple accessory staging makes!  The Realtors comment was that it instantly raised the temperature in the house by 20 degrees.  She had more interest in the house in one day then she had in 6 months!

You almost can feel the temp rise with that new warm color. (What is the name of the paint color?)

Nice job!

I knew the color change would make a difference, but even I was pleasantly surprised at the huge difference it made in the house.

The foyer, living room, breakfast area and kitchen are Sherwin Williams Whole Wheat.

The bathrooms are Sherwin Williams Universal Khaki.

Great job Julie ... but I expected no less!  Your clients have to be pleased that you highlighted the great features of their home by your color choices and accessory choices!  This really shows that builder's white isn't the best choice!

Oh Julie this is stunning, I think the paint colors you choose probably did more for this cold, empty house than a whole truck full of rental furniture could have done, awesome job!

Julie- The paint colors look great and the special touches you did with the bathrooms and the accessories in the other rooms really made a big difference. Great Job!

Love the rug and the foyer accessories.  Making a statement at the beginning of the tour will always make this a memorable showing that many will reflect back on when recalling the many homes they have seen.  The colors are great and very complimenting without being distracting.  Keep up the great work and best of luck with your staging.  There are many more homes in our "Lee County" area that could use your touch.

Julie,

The hose looks great. I'm curious about something else. I went through The Villages at Westgate in Fort Mitchell recently. They were very well staged. Did you do that also?

Austin

Hi Austin!  I mostly work in Columbus, Phenix City, and Opelika.  I haven't done any work in Fort Mitchell yet.  Thanks!  Julie
