All I can say is WOW! Won't even get a 500 sq. ft. townhouse here for that price...you're right...I do believe it'll sell quick...well taken care of.

That certainly looks like a deal from my perspective! Can't find that around here at 2 or 3 times the price. Curious how personal property taxes compare, depending on the town in my area I would expect the local real estate taxes to be in the $6,000-$8,000 annually.

Dan - Property taxes in Texas are pretty high, since we have no personal state income tax. The taxes for this home would be in the $5500 range.

I'd buy it myself if I could pronounce Pflugerville.

I am surprised everyone doesn't move to Texas... We have such nice, large homes at such reasonable prices!

SHIRLEY - I think some people can't stand the heat in the summertime. Otherwise, we would see an incredible boom here.
