It's through what I think is a great setup called RealBird... takes a little time to set everything (profile, listings, etc), but then it's a breeze to post things like this or in Craigslist, website, Mylionra, eBay Classifieds, or any other blog!
You also get an unbranded and branded virtual tour, single property website, syndication, flyer with QR code to print, etc...
Nice presentation. 10% CAP, wow. We don't see that here too often.
