If we work hard enough we will be surprised  on how many free resources we can get to work for us without spending a penny.

Now, free doesn't mean NO work... Ok ?

So, here is a list of some tools that we can use for our real estate career, they include:  Listings exposure, networking, virtual tours, websites, etc..

http://www.VivaReal.com

http://www.Zillow.com

http://www.YouTube.com

http://www.FaceBook.com

http://www.Google.com

http://www.ActiveRain.com

http://www.Blogger.com

http://www.MySpace.com

I know that out there you can find a lot more, now the ones on the list are the ones I have used and let me tell you that they really do work !!

So take some of your time, learn the " How to " and make it happen!!!

Best regards.

You might even be surprised what real estate boards offer. Here in AZ, AARonline offers a free E-newsletter (client direct) that can be edited and you get to select from hundreds of pre-written articles. I think if everyone took a little time to talk to fellow agents they might be surprised how much help we have out there.

Now of course some people will say that "free stuff" isn't as good as things you pay for. Good point, but as David Knox says "Is it more important to be perfect....or just be there.

Thanks for the comments, Free is not always the best but can't hurt... right?

My friend use to say some people make it happen, some others watch it happen and some say what happen, which one  do we want to be??

Best regards.

Hola James!  Yeah, baby, we like free!  But tell me, is vivareal live yet?  I went on their web site, got a home page, but nothing more.  I wanted to post my listing there.
