New Attitude

Today, I got the honor of speaking to Brad Andersohn who just so happens to be ActiveRain's newest employee. In the beginning of the conversation, I was intimidated to even be one the phone with this guy. When it was all said and done, I was talking to him like we were old college buddies. For those of you that know him, you know what I am talking about. For those that do not know him, you should give him a call. He is a great guy and down to Earth.

In speaking to Brad he asked me what my goal was for being on ActiveRain and I told him to increase my readers and to increase my business, not necessarily in that order. I had asked him how he accumulated such a following. And I have to tell you the answer was so simple, that it blew my mind. I had a note pad and pen ready to write down what this phenom had to tell me.

What was funny about this conversation was that this is not even what I had called him about. Lately I have had some issues with my blog "Trapping" people on it. Well, actually only people that are using internet explorer. Anyone using Mozilla's FireFox browser is safe. And then it lead into one thing about Google and then it took off.

With that said, enjoy the song and check out my NEW signature.

Danny - I have talked with Brad and he is, indeed, a terrific human being.  Very intelligent, animated, honest and easy to talk with.  I like the new signature - I think we should call it Danny's Bling!  :)

Danny,

All of my interaction with the folks at AR has been VERY positive. They really want this to be the site of choice for all in our profession, so I'm not surprised that Brad is a people person!

Danny - Do you mean that the buttons were Brad's secret?  It wasn't clear to me from the post.  Just curious -

Tara, thanks for the kind compliment.

Paddy, take a bite of FireFox.

Debbie, I use it for everything but my work applications.

Brande, direct all inquiries to John Washburn and Bob Stewart. And thanks.

Keith & Robin, I am not sure what to tell you as we cleared it all yesterday.

Rick, do not start pushing my buttons. LOL.

Richard, he is a great one.

Richard, try firefox.

Jason, no. The buttons is not what made Brad. Being Brad is what made Brad.
