Seminole Hills is a nice quiet community in Mount Clemens. It’s consists of single family homes and is approximately a 30 minutes commute to Downtown Detroit. I lived in the neighborhood and it’s not uncommon to see families taking their morning or afternoon walk on the sidewalks. The neighborhood is located on the southern tip of the city and away downtown life. Several schools are in the neighborhood and a local hospital. It’s a great place to raise a family!!

What's the Neighborhood Like?
The homes you would expect to find for sale in the Seminole Hills Neighborhood are generally going to range between 900 to 1500 square feet. There is a mixed of ranch to colonial style homes. Most of the homes were originally built in the 1950's. The neighborhood is between Gratiot Avenue and Groesbeck Hwy. The northern part borders a river and the sourthern part borders Clinton Township. The homes in the neighborhood are typically 3 bedrooms with a basement.

Partridge Creek Mall is approximatelyt a 15 minute drive that offers an outdoor mall. The Cinema plays films throughout the year and it's a great place to shop and have a pet (Mall is pet friendly).
