The median list price for Sugar Land is currently $410,000. There are also 615 properties on the market. Which is different than Richmond at 998 properties. So if you're looking for a home, its a great time to buy. Compared to Richmond, this is a very large difference in the number of homes we have on the market. Which means, as of right now, it is both a Seller's and Buyer's Market Advantage. If you're thinking about buying or selling a home in the Sugar Land area, it might be your time to shine!
Right now, our average for properties to stay on the market is 82 days. And compared to last week, this has stayed the same. Which means homes are staying steady, which is not a bad thing at all! Also, the age of the listing homes has been averaged to 16 years!
35% of properties that have had to decrease their price! But there could be numerous reasons for that to happen! Which isn't much of a difference from Richmond at 29%.
The highest listing price listed is still at $12,800,000! Which is very different compared to Richmond! And the least expensive home is still $69,000!
