Indian Wells is in the perfectly central portion of our Palm Springs Valley. It also boasts the highest per capita income, and offers tremendous perks for it's homeowners, such as reduced golf fees, access to local clubhouses and community amenities available just for Indian Wells homeowners.
Sales in Indian Wells have been a little slow as have all our desert cities during the HEAT of our summer months of July, August and September. But...there ARE sales happening.
Single Family Residences CLOSED in the month of August was 16.
Only 16 in total??? Well, Indian Wells is small and the price range for those 16 was $400,000 to $5,000,000!! Talk about something for everyone.
Condos CLOSED in the month of August stands at 10.
Again, not so many units, but the prices ranged from $117,900 to $580,000..quite a spread again.
Indian Wells is approx. 20 minutes from down town Palm Springs in the West, and about a 5 minute drive to the shopping and dining of El Paseo Dr. in Palm Desert. A superior central location, with homes available in MANY price points!
