As the demand for "in town" and "downtown" continues to grow in Tallahassee, we are seeing more people search for homes in and around Indian Head Acres. As one of the most popular Tallahassee neighborhoods in our SE Quadrant, home sales are on pace for a record setting year.

Indian Head Acres Home Prices
The number of homes sold through August this year (23) is more than we saw through 12 months in 5 of the past 6 years. This neighborhood is hot!
In the graph above, the blue bars measure the number of homes sold in Indian Head Acres each year, while the red line shows the average sales price. Through the first week in September, 23 homes have sold for an average sales price of $139,500. There have been several distressed sales which have brought this average down, so don't expect an arms length home in great condition to be this affordable.

Currently, the average value is around $93 per square foot, but again, the average has been reduced by distressed sales and you should expect to pay more for an well-kept arms length home being sold.
