Buffalo Grove 50th Anniversary Events
April 27 Open House 11:00-5:00 p.m. on the village campus featuring historical displays, and a village parade. Come for the free hot dogs, ice cream and birthday cake!! There will be numerous activities for the children!
June 21: Car Show and Sock Hop Car Show 9:00 - 3:00 You will have the opportunity to vote for your favorite car! Music and DJ. Raceline Motor Works-design-build-race your own car. Sock Hop 7:00 - 10:00 p.m. with Dick Biondi as emcee. There will be a$5 admission which includes a Dance Contest and a 50's Fashion Show
July 18-20, 25-27: "Music Man" production by the Buffalo Grove Park District
Aug. 3: Combined Buffalo Grove Symphonic Band and BG Singers concert and ice cream social
