I sincerely hope that Realtors will learn from Beverly Carter's tragic end and STOP BEING POP TART realtors.

If a client doesn't have time to come to your office so you can take their ID and interview them, then you DO NOT meet them at a property.

Just today, someone needed me to let them into a gated community to see my listing and I said no until they came to the office first.

My soon to be wife said what if he calls another realtor and I said then I will still sell the property as it is my listing, but no amount of commission is worth me taking a chance.

Winston, thanks for sharing some interesting articles.  I found out the other day that the vacant land contract had changed when I pulled it up for a buyer.

Hi, Winston.

Winston Heverly   I cannot access VAC-10 right now; I do have VAC-9 on my hard drive.  Are you saying that the only significant change in this revision was from "days" to "calendar dates"?

   Thanks in advance!
