Suzanne. I think this is a very brilliant idea. Why? All the seminars that you hear about are of course Home buyers seminars. But with this seminar,you going to even draw home buyers as well. I blogged about this year. Please let me know how it went. You can help me when I decide to do one myself. Great post.

Suzanne... If it was a Friday I'd make the trip and check it out but I'm scheduled for an 18 mile run that Saturday Morning and I'd surely stiffen up sitting in the car for the ride.
