Best Towns To Find A Vacation Home Deal. Haines City FL?

I lived in Haines City for nearly a decade when our kids were litle ones.
My in-laws lived there for 25 years or so.
When life changed and it became time to move, we could not sell our home in Haines City for 8 months. Had two mortgages for eight months.
This was way back before we had any real estate knowledge.
"If Only I had known then what I know now..."
That's not a new idea.
But Holy Moly. Seriously? Haines City?It was a lovely place to live, but i am totally blown away that Haines City is #1.
It is about 30 to 40 minutes from Disney World, and kind of a quiet Little place, plus we did have great neighbors and a PUBLIX (which i still miss).
Hmm. Maybe is was not such a bad place after all.....
