I took Gut Instincts, That was fun. Results...I am gutsy ( in the sense of my instincts, not my boldness...that's another test..)

and was encouraged to keep up the intuitive work!

Oh my.  I did better than I thought on some and worse than I thought on others.  Makes me REAL glad I'm not a BIC!!  Everyone should be required to take these quizzes about once a quarter.  Good one Jim!

Hey Jim, A good blog to bookmark.

I also took gut instincts and I was RIGHT!!!! except for the question about which question people would ask about..

I also took the test on the no call rules which you also left on my blog and I was only half right, guess that makes me half wrong, so then I called my mother:)

Now I will have to just "go with my gut" and say "great post"...These are the things that I would not normally read, but they are interesting and yes I learned something!

Jim - thanks for posting this!  Depending on the particular topic, I range from Rocket Scientist to...er...well something not so nice!

Fun post.  A good one to bookmark and come back to, time permitting.  Thanks.

The gut instincts thing was interesting but I disagree with the idea that standing side by side is better.  Not for women.  Many studies show that women grew up talking to their girlfriends on a bed or a sofa face to face and consequently are more comfortable when someone faces them.  They trust them more then.

Well,

You could plan 6 months of meetings based on these pop tests.

Fun...but, sometimes, the answer that I was looking for just didn't appear! For example, the question on what to wear...don't think that the men wear "pant suits."

Took the Do Not Call test and was surprised about Open House answer. Not allowed?

They are leaving their number with us??

Are we covered if there is a little blurb on our sign in sheet such as:

By leaving you number you give permission for a follow up phone call?

Hi Jim...  :)

Well thank you very much. That was fun...

I learned something that I didn't know.

I'll have to tell you all about that one of these days :)

Hi Jim - nice job putting all these links up here.  I've taken all of this quizzes that NAR has, and realized awhile back that most agents I work with had no idea they even existed.  It's nice to have all these links here in one place.

This was a great post.  It is sometimes difficult to keep up to date on all the changes.  It will certainly keep me on my toes and out of trouble!

Jim, I had not seen these tests before. I did the Gut Instinct one, it was not what I thought it would be, but it was interesting.

Always a humbling experience to take a test and find out some of what your 'know' ain't necessarily so.

Ginger y Roger, I think if you have some sort of notice on your open house sign in sheet you can feel fairly safe in calling. I put the following on my website for people that email me phone numbers.

"By initiating contact with me via email or telephone you are giving me permission to contact you even though you may be registered on a state or federal do not call list."

Jim, Are you secretly testing us to see if we secretly took these tests?

Thanks for posting this test and showing some folks how much they really don't know.

I include myself in that statement. You got me on a couple of those :)
