Our new homes are selling and anticipation is building for our newest neighborhood at The Pinehills - Chadwick Corner. This newest neighborhood is located close to the "downtown" Village Green of The Pinehills.
Chadwick Corner will consist of 56 of the award winning Portico and Fresco style homes. For those of you that love our designs, you will find that we will be making a few improvements and also introducing two brand new floor plans. Delivery will begin in spring of 2015.
