New Condo Building Coming to Logan Circle

A new condo building is in the works for the Logan Circle neighborhood of Washington, DC. The site is located at 1101 Rhode Island Ave NW and is a former parking lot and taxi garage. The proposed new condo building will be a four-story in addition to a basement mixed-use building consisting of 38 luxury condominiums, 3,100 square feet of retail, 14 vehicle parking spaces for residents and 24 below-grade bicycle parking spaces according to a recent Washington Business Journal article.
