As a Realtor, I am bound to protect and serve my client's best interest. From the start of the transaction, I am on guard, on the watch, on the lookout for ANYTHING that needs to be fixed, brought to my client's attention, or whatever so that my client ends up where they want to be.
I have written in the past about being the professional's professional in transactions and always taking the high road, especially when working with...less capable...professionals, but I now find myself...at a loss for words (Restricted by the NAR to say what comes to my mind) about another...agent (I think he is a non-NAR "professional").
Let me see if I can describe him for you:
He is a...NO MESSAGE RETURNING, NON-COMMUNICATING, NON EMAIL RETURNING, HIGH MUCKETY-MUCK, SIT ON HIS BUTT, DO NOTHING, DOWN TALKING, SMACK TALKING, OVER CHARGING HIS CLIENT, "TOO BUSY", SLACKING, SELF CENTERED, WORLD REVOLVES AROUND HIM, INCAPABLE AND GENERALLY ICKY kind of professional.
Having said all of that, thank you letting me vent, I am sure he is do the best he can in his life. However, if you can think of an adjective I missed, please let me know!
Cheers-
Mike
