As a Realtor, I am bound to protect and serve my client's best interest.  From the start of the transaction, I am on guard, on the watch, on the lookout for ANYTHING that needs to be fixed, brought to my client's attention, or whatever so that my client ends up where they want to be.I have written in the past about being the professional's professional in transactions and always taking the high road, especially when working with...less capable...professionals, but I now find myself...at a loss for words (Restricted by the NAR to say what comes to my mind) about another...agent (I think he is a non-NAR "professional").

WorthLet me see if I can describe him for you:

He is a...NO MESSAGE RETURNING, NON-COMMUNICATING, NON EMAIL RETURNING, HIGH MUCKETY-MUCK, SIT ON HIS BUTT, DO NOTHING, DOWN TALKING, SMACK TALKING, OVER CHARGING HIS CLIENT, "TOO BUSY", SLACKING, SELF CENTERED, WORLD REVOLVES AROUND HIM, INCAPABLE AND GENERALLY ICKY kind of professional.

SellersHaving said all of that, thank you letting me vent, I am sure he is do the best he can in his life.  However, if you can think of an adjective I missed, please let me know!

Cheers-

Mike

No, I can't think of anymore adjectives, I think that you have got him pretty well covered.  I understand, and it is nice to have a place to vent!

....got the blues....wow....we have all been thru dealing with some of these agents.  I have to be at one of my listings today at 8:30 A.M. for the buyers agent to do an inspection because the agent believe it is too far.  I do not represent their client but I'm doing it for the benefit of making this sale goes thru.  Yes, I believe you said it all...

Sounds like you and I have the same customer.  I was waiting to hear when he invented the wheel.  I know he used to be president before he became God.
