The Eastern side of our beautiful Palm Springs Valley is made up of the rural, date growing, horse ranching, agricultural producing land that includes the cities of Indio, Coachella, Thermal and Vista Santa Rosa. Acres and acres of rolling crops, framed by the purple landscape of the surround Chocolate Mountains, it is a serenely beautiful side of the Valley that many seasonal visitors miss completely when they come for their winter vacations.
There are MANY interesting activities, including Hot Air Balloon rides. There is also the HITS horseshow grounds located off of Airport Blvd. in Thermal, and now THE THERMAL CLUB!
BMW has announced it's partnership with the Thermal Club, which is an exclusive private motor sports track. The club broke ground in 2012 and is only a few minutes from the Jacqueline Cochran Airport. The club is complete with clubhouse, garage and 300 lots. These lot prices range from approx. $400,000-$1 million.
