Want to be Anonymous, Cagy, Secretive? If so, I am not your Agent
I understand that you want information but do not want calls from every Realtor in the area.
I respect that. However:
- I put A LOT of INFORMATION on the Internet to describe my listings.
- I put up a LOT of PICTURES for my listings.
- I make CUSTOM MAPS showing the locations for my listings, even those which do not have street addresses.
- I advertise on LandsofAmerica.com (try searching on Zip 86337 or See Listings with Boulders near Prescott). I pay to have my Listings show at the TOP OF THE SEARCH.
- I make Virtual Tours for each of my listings. At the moment I have around 70 listings.
- I like LandsofAmerica.com because it lets me draw the shape of the lot on Google Maps. Here is an example of a 40-acre residential listing and an 11-acre parcel near Prescott with spectacular boulders.
I go to great lengths to advertise my listings. I advertise my listings far more extensively than the information that is in the Prescott Area MLS and syndicated to Trulia, Zillow, Homes.com, Realtor.com.

Many of my listings are for vacant land. I provide a satellite view as well as a map showing the topography for each of these. Lot 17 in Shadow Rock Ranch is an example.
