Two Rivers Apple Fest This Weekend October 11, 2014
As I have mentioned before, one of the great events of fall is Apple picking season.
There is nothing like the sights, smells, and tastes of visiting an apple orchard during apple picking season.
One special treat that I never walk away without is a jug of fresh squeezed apple juice, nothing compares with the fresh juice, just like fresh apples and it does not compare with the stuff that you find in the stores where all of the taste has been boiled out of it as it diluted with corn syrup and water.
This weekend the City of Two Rivers Wisconsin will be celebrating this special time of year with a celebration of apples and all of the people who enjoy them.
Fresh apples, apple pies, juice and caramel apples are just a few of the delicious treats you will find here along with vendors, entertainment, food and more!
Take a drive over to this unique little city by the lake and enjoy some of the fun.
