Eton Square Condos in Alexandria – Market Update 10.6.14

Eton Square Condos Eton Square is a garden style condo community with single and multi-level units located in the Kingstowne area of Alexandria. The exterior of Eton Square is very appealing with brick and siding, archways, and lots of windows. As with many garden style condos there are no elevators in Eton Square. Residents enjoy use of tennis courts, an outdoor pool, tot lots, and a fitness center. The neighborhood is in walking distance to Kingstowne Towne Center where you’ll find two grocery stores, Home Goods, World Market, Panera Bread, Kingstowne 16 Movie Theater, East Moon, Crest Cleaners, Bath and Body Works, Pasara Thai and many other retail shops and restaurants. Commuters will find easy access to 495, 395, 95, and Fairfax County Parkway from the neighborhood. Van Dorn Metro Station and Franconia-Springfield Metro Station are also closeby.
